Lunch @ Shangri-la Hotel & Resort, Putrajaya

Sabtu lepas, edisi makan2 jalan2 ke Shangrila Putrajaya sempena my best fren's bufday. Dah dekat sebulan bufday nye baru bkesempatan nak blanja. Our initial planning was to have a lunch at Sapoong, a korean restaurant at IOI. tapi last minit tekak I nak makan seafood so berubah arah la kita.

Shangrila ni kalau x silap 4 ke 5 bintang pnya hotel.so rasa mcm org ada2 skejap..lepas je park kete akan ada buggy bawak dr car park ke main entrance.actually, x jauh mana pun.saja hotel ni suruh kita simpan lemak.ok dh masuk entrance trun 2 tingkat and trus sampai restaurant.

Tadaaaaaaa....

The food...yg heaven gile I tell you!.

Udang saiz xxl, sotong, salmon, pasta, kambing n ayam ikan smua ada,,tinggal pilih n mkn.tp jgn tamak ye..overall the food was nice. kalau dh abes pn staff cepat2 topup.so berbaloi2 lah..

TQ shangrila putrjaya n tq too Groupon.mihmihmih...

RUMAH LELONG

Alhamdulillah, we did it!

Arini 8/3/2016 satu sejarah tercipta..ecehh. Alhamdulillah dpt beli rumah auction dengan harga reserve price! Tapi rumah ni bukan nama saya since sy masih dalam proses nk sign S&P untuk 1 rumah low cost di Shah Alam. Salah 1 syarat nak beli rumah low cost ialah rumah tu merupakan rumah pertama. So dats y auction today saya pinjam my mom's name. Oh bukan nama je, duit skali.muahahaha..

Ok back to the topic. This is not my 1st time join auction property. I mean through agen..How I wish to go personally to the auction tapi x berkesempatan lg. Rasanya ni kali ke-4 try bid Property n Alhamdulillah rezei berpihak pd kami. Yes we got the Reserve Price. Tp ada cerita d sebaliknya.

Agent call inform ckp ada another bidder yg nak bid utk rumah ni. He is willing to pay my Agent RM3k n we withdrawn from this Auction. Then. we counter offer him. But die mcam x puas hati. My Agent told me maybe he frustrated sbb die expect boleh dpt Reserve Price. We did counter offer him but I told my Agent that maximum can give him only rm4k. otherwise, just continue bidding the Property. This Man yg x puas hati wanted to speak to me on the phone but I just refuse (he thought that we are x serious n my Agent is Ulat). Then he complained to the Auctioneer that my Agent is not a Bumi since this Property limited to Bumi only. My Agent counter back to the Auctioneer saying that x de pun dalam POS ckp wakil must be a Bumi. N he told to that Man, we will continue to Bid n my Budget is RM400K.

N of course after hearing that, the Man happily took the RM3000 as saguhati from us and withdrawn. ohh we also have to pay extra RM500 to the Auctioneer for withdrawing the Man's Bank Draft. Actually mmg bengang jugak wif that man sbb senang2 je dpt rm3ribu..hoii org lain bsusah payah keje nk dapat 3 ribu tp die dlm 1 hari je boleh dpt duit bergolek mcm tu. But my Agent told me, if die x withdraw, definitely we can not get the Reserve Price. n normally Auctioneer akan naik stiap rm2k & rm5k bergantung pd keadaan. It's okay, next time if ada masa, insya Allah akan dtg auction just nk merasai pengalaman.

BIJAK ke BODOH???

Amek ko tajuk..x hingat.Bodoh di atas bukan d tujukan pd yg dpt result x brapa gempak tp d tujukan pada mulut2 puaka yg bodoh tp nak riak sbb die berjaya dlm hidup!!!

Stiap kali result exam kuar, sama ada UPSR, PMR @ SPM mesti akan ada suara2 sumbang men"down"kan kecemerlangan student2 tu..Contoh simple, hurmm aku dulu SPM straight D berjaya je dlm hidup..mampu beli rumah banglo seploh bijik, kete sport 80 bijik, duit dlm bank juta2 n so on..aku dulu fail sume subject tp skrg jd bos jugak.budak2 yg cemerlang tu keje bawah aku je. OMG I just can't stand to see this comments..

Please please do not educate youngsters to be like that..saya ada anak, awak2 smua pun ada anak..kita semua nak anak kita berjaya dunia akhirat.if, takdir tuhan kata anak kita x dpt flying colours dlm exam, then kita boleh pujuk ckp it's okay, u have done your best.perhaps next time, try harder..tu sepatutnya yg kita ckp..bukan bangga dengan "kebodohan" yg kita ada.then, better x payah hantar anak g skola..sbb ko bodoh kt skola pn berjaya dlm hidup kan!!!so wat is the point hantar anak ko g skola??marah ni...

Zaman skrg zaman serba serbi canggih, maju & berdaya saing. Manusia berlumba2 cari kerja untuk hidup. Dulu mungkin kalau straight D pun boley dapat kerja, boleh bisnes sendiri. tp skarang challenge sgt kuat. Dulu kalau pndai english dah rasa hebat sgt. Tp skrg org dh boleh ckp 3 ke 4 bahasa. Persaingan semakin sengit..

Ye mungkin skrg bisnes nasi lemak anda maju. Untung anda dpt mungkin lg bnyk dr kami2 yg mkn gaji ni..Tp ini adalah hidup. Kalau semua org berniaga nasi lemak, sape pembelinya??dats y kita sebnarnya begantung satu sama lain..x perlu nk mendabik dada atas kerjaya yang kita ada.yg penting kita cari ilmu n usaha kuat, Insyaallah pasti ada rezeki.& yg penting jgn lupa bersedekah!
